This truck was purchased from an insurance auction with the description of “lightning strike damage”. It was located in Springfield, MO, and after purchase, it was transported directly to Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield, MO, for repairs. The previous owner shared that while driving on the highway, the truck was struck by lightning. It was then towed to Corwin Ford in Springfield, MO, where over $8,600 was invested in repair attempts. However, the insurance company ultimately declared it a total loss due to electrical damage.

Repairs & Restoration:

The truck experienced electrical issues caused by the lightning strike, affecting various electronic modules.

All affected modules were replaced with brand-new OEM parts by Lou Fusz Ford, restoring the truck to 100% functionality. The truck has never been involved in any collision.
