1997 Ford F-250 XLT

I have owned this truck for roughly 4 years and I have daily driven it every single summer. Its been stored in a climate controlled shop during the winter months during this time. I have put approximately 50,000 miles on it during my ownership and absolutely love this truck! One of the few that I will miss when its gone but I am up to 4 trucks at the moment and its getting hard for me to keep up on this one. I truly cant imagine finding a nicer one with these miles. Current miles are 331,734. These crew cab short box Powerstrokes seem to be hard to find in good condition. Only cons worth mentioning that I want someone to be aware of: You will be stuck talking to people at the Diesel pump on each fill up because it gets a ton of compliments and everyone loves this thing. It is a 26 year old truck which is also why I love it but they have character. There is a small dent from a rock on the hood. The front turbo pedestal seal leaks some oil into the valley (not a big deal but if you don’t dry the valley it will run down the back of the block and you will see a spot under it. Something I planned to tackle this winter but haven’t yet.). Obviously it has some miles so small rock chip touch ups can be found here and there. Again, I cant imagine finding one in better shape. The fact that the original transmission lasted over 300k miles tells you a little bit about how well the truck was cared for.
