For sale is my 85 Dodge shortbed pickup truck in good overall condition

Body is pretty clean and drives really well- it was tubbed by stretching the oem wheel wells and doing the finish work, so it looks factory, and the springs have been moved inboard of the rails, with an axle flip, so it has maximum tire clearance an proper stance. With the 440 it really rips, and with the 3500 stall PTC converter it lights up the rear super wide Mickey Thompsons with ease, while you’re banging the freshly built 727 manual valve body auto thru the gears, followed up by the 3.91 sure grip in the rear which makes sure you leave most anything in the dust from the Get go. Engine has been recently rebuilt 69 440 with Keith Black pistons, moly rings, Hi volume oil pump, Milodon 7qt pan and pick up, Comp Cams 284/296* duration cam with .507/511 lift, double roller timing set, performer RPM intake, Carter HP mechanical fuel pump, Holley back up electric red pump, Quick fuel 850 Double pumper, MSD ignition, and hooker headers with flowmaster muffs and 3″ exhaust with turndowns gets rids of the spent fuel., Engine stays super cool thanks to 3 core radiator and hi flow clutch fan, along with custom shroud to direct air thru the radiator.

And speaking of being cool, you will love the new dark tint that has been professionally applied to all glass except the windshield. and cool looking new recovered bucket seats on custom frames along with the Hurst Quarter Stick reverse manual shifter, which with a little practice makes a great shifter and safety as well from damaging the trans with its reverse lockout. New Dynomat and rubber flooring completes the spartan theme. Truck is equipped with manual disc brakes in the front and drums in the rear, Power steering, Autometer gauges and Tach. Painless harness supplies the juice to all the accessories from the bed mounted battery and hidden cutoff switch. That is kept company back there by the RCI 15gal fuel cell with sender and adds a little more dig when the throttle hits the big Mickey Thompsons in the rear, mounted on 15×14 Centerline wheels, and 15×6 in the front with new radials. A US Body Source 6″ Torquer Cowl induction hood provide plenty of clearance for whatever you may dream up induction wise (I was thinking tunnel ram 2×4).Black hood and tailgate adds that street Honker look. Another thing i would like to add is all the lights, horn, wipers, turn signals work- it is completely street legal.

Sometime in its life, if that’s correct, it was given a rebuilt title in the early 90’s (i think) but the truck shows nothing of it. I have been up and down this truck and cannot find any signs of damage and sometimes they’ll do that for the stupidest reason and many old vehicles have been that way but does anyone really care about it at this point?
